Use various date drop downs in the same report

Hi

i would like to know how to implement various dates selections under the same report.

ex:-

colunms (date1-date2) (date2-date3) (date3-date4)

premiunm x a f

loading y b g

other fees z c h

now these dates colunms are coming from the same colunm in the database.

but user wants to see values for (premiunm, loading, etc) colunms for the date range he selects.

please give any suggestions.
