User not able to login

Hi All,

All of my users are able to log in on the access point except the one user.

I am not able to identify the reason.

Pls help.

Hi,

Try to search that user in your qlikview QMC portal (refer screen shot for the steps) if he is not found add again.

make sure, u have done LDAP - active dictory configuration done.

go qmc--> System -> Licences -> then click on QlikView Server -> Client Access Licences -> Assigned Cals -> then type username and click on "Assign Cal" button.

We have given the CAL to the person and LDAP is configured as well. Problem is when the person login to the access point, a pop up arrives again to enter the credentials.
