Username in the PDF distributor

Hi All,

We are distributing few PDF report's via PDF distributor. Requirement is in custom mail body we want to put user display name of the recipients. Is there have workaround?

Your using an email distribution group to send out the PDF ? in that case I don't thing it would be possible

Hi Avinash,

I am not using any distribution group. In my data model there is a field which contains the email ID. I am using that from report distribution.

cool in that case , add a new filed to get the name of the recipients and define a variable to get that name ...next step is to use this variable in the report section to the name
