I have SB license ..I want certain set of users to access the access point and view the dashboards. I added them in Users group of the machine and the dashboards too have access to this group. However when the users logon they get error invalid login. Only if i add them to Administrator group, they are allowed to access the Access point portal. How do i handle this ?
I think with the SB license, the access point security is handeled on the folder level. Try giving your user group access to the physical folder location (C:\PATH\TO\QVW) )the qvw's are stored to. I would take them out of the Admin group.
