Using QV to allocate sales employees to stores

Hi,

Anyone has a suggestion how to do this in qlikview:

We are asked to build an application to allocate employees to shops.

Criteria:

* Not more than 5 employees per shop

* Take the floorsize of the shop into account

* Take the travel distance of the employee to the shop into account

All fresh ideas are welcome!
