Using 'actions' on a text box

Hi

On the attached app wanting to utlise the actions so when you click it eliminates certain options. Essentially a lisy box would do the trick but prefer it in this method if posible.

On the attached app refer to to the Downsizing box in blue on 1st tab.Trying to add an action to this so when you click it it exludes upsizing and only shows Downsizing properties.

Upsizing and Downsizing are identifed in the 'List field' (also identified on the list box to the right).

Can anyone help?

Cheers

Chris

Are you sure your attached QVW is the right one?

As far as I can see, there is no 'List' field and the listbox on the right contains just house numbers and street names.

Hello Chris,

I don't see the box you are saying, but I can help you. If you have a field with values "Upsizing" and "Downsizing", then you can create a button, go to Actions and add "Select in Field" and add "Upsizing" or "Downsizing" depending what you want.

Hi Neha,

Yes exactly.

When the blue Downsizing box is selected we want it to only show properties that are on the 'Downsizing' list.

So everything included there are 357 properties, Downsizing makes up 278.
