Using customized images is not fitting into the straight table

Hi

I have a scenraio,

I need use the customized images up arrow and down arrow

Like below

If value is less than 250 then it is down Arrow

If value is greater than 250 then it is up Arrow.

But i am unable to customize the size of Images,If i increase the size of cell only i am able see the images.

I want the decrease the size of Images?

Please do the needful

Also from presentation tab uncheck wrap cell text.
