Using hierarchy, parental nods in straight table

Hi QV users,

I wanted to find out if there is a way  to use parental nodes in a straight table.

List Box (show tree)- Hierachy looks something like this:

North America

-MA

--Boston

-NY

--NY

-CT

--Hartford

Canada

etc

this is what i am looking to re-create:

Straight Table:

July 2009 North America $1000

July 2009 Canada $5000

ETC
