VBScript read from text to email summary

I have a text file (ABC20130920.txt) with this text inside

123456 jack     00000000201309010001000

234569 bob      00000000201309010021075

345213 Jimmy 00000000201309050001725

Can you please assist on how to get the information bellow and create a another txt file (i.e.: result.txt)

Account: 3 accounts Dollar: $238.00
