Value in straight table is changed when filter dimensions

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with my straight table, the value when I show all rows different with when I choose one row.

Header 1	Header 2
A	10
B	9
C	8
D	7

When I choose A , then

Header 1	Header 2
A	9.8

My set analysis is: sum(if( aggr(nodistinct $(type),Client)='New',Fee))

may be format of header 2 in first case is with 0 decimal
