Values of graph Pila

Goodmorning everyone
I made a histogram graph as the subject

I set the values in the data and draws the value within the segment

some blocks / segments of the batteries, however, are small compared to the total of the stack,
and the value is not seen (gray segments)

someone can you indicate how to display the values even in smaller segments?
