Variable depending on selection (.qvw)

I have 2 calendar based on variable (vP1Start, vP1End) for date range selection (Data field)

When I change the variables in calendar the period selected changes (settings --> document properties --> trigger variable)

Questions:

1) When i select in the Data listbox or in chart I'd like to set the variable/calendar at the min/max value of the selected dates

2) I only want continouos period: selection of 2 date will select all dates included

Solved by adding three triggers onto the Data field (see attached for full details):
