Variable event triggers not working on AJAX client

Hi All,

In our application, we hide the tabrow, so for tabs we are using buttons.

For that we are using varibale level triggers so that we can set the variable value on 1 button and it will trigger all the actions.

We have written the triggers on change. It is working fine with qlikview desktop but not working on access point.

For Example:

We have 1 dimension product. and 1 button Sheet.

Clicking on button Sheet we have activated 1 variable var1.

On var1 we have added the action Clear field Product, but this is not working on access point.

P.S: This is just for example.We have to include 9-10 actions on each button that's why we have created this variables.

Is anybody have idea how to make this work.

Thanks Amit for your quick response.

According to the document this variable event triggers should work, but its not working in our case.

Can u suggest some other ways to do it?

running into a similar issue.... have a variable event trigger which works fine on desktop but doesnt work as expected in webview/IE/browser....!?

theres a button to set a variable value- based on the variable change- triggers are there to compute few other values...!

ur thoughts ?

I can verify that the Variable Event Trigger OnChange does not work in AJAX, in either the WebView or on the server.
