Vertical avg line and target line on scatter chart

hi,

I have a scatter chart where I use two expressions..

1. Y= sum sales

2. X= sum cost

the dots show correctly but I need to add target sales line horizontally and avg cost line vertically

Anyone have a sample i can use?
