Very Slow Response with Filter

Selection box is taking 2 minutes in Chrome or Edge once published. This just started happening in the last 2 weeks. When the app is loaded in Qlikview desktop it works instantly. How do I determine what might be slowing this down in the published app in Chrome or Edge?

 

We are not using NPrinting but we are using Section Access in this app. Could section Access cause this delay/ This just started happening and nothing in Section Access has changed recently.
