We've loaded some chat transcripts into QV 8.5 and are able to view them in Qliview Analyzer.
We are having a hard time exporting these transcripts into Excel.
When we export a transcript into Excel, it cuts off part of the record.
The transcript has several hundred characters but when exported to excel, it cuts it off at 256 characters.
Is there a way to remove this export limit?
