Visual Cue figure problem

Hi,

I am using Qlikview 8.5 and I need a solution of my problem. I have the following structure (fields) in my pivot.

1. Operator Name
2. Sum(Total_Time)

My users are asking me to set the threshold like they want me to take two inputs like "Maximum Value" and "Difference Percentage" in a seperate input box ...now after that I want to compare the MAXIMUM VALUE figure with "Sum(Total_Time)" in my pivot column and if the difference is 5% or greater it should show the row in pivot in RED ...I have no clue how to do it with the help of a input box.

Please suggest or an example sheet would be highly appreciated.
