Visual cue colours not printing in colour

I have a table with visual cues for a couple of measures (green if above 100%, red if below 100%).  These work fine in the Desktop version and through the AccessPoint as shown below.

However, it doesn't work when printing a report.  In the report the green shows as green but the red shows as black.

Any suggestions?
