Visualization of chart

Good Morning,

I need to continue the discussion closed yesterday, I have another point to resolve.

change visualization of chart, whan a condition is selected

This is the discussion from yesterday, but now I need to show all value antil my selected month for the yellow bar. The red bar always should show all value.

for example if I select March, the yellow bar is show until March (I will have the bar for January Febrary and March).
