Hi,

It is a Textbox with the Caption.

All you need to do is Create a New Textbox, write the content and then go to Caption Tab and Click on the Checkbox.

Give the Caption Name.

On same tab, enable the Minimum and Maximum option.

Click Apply.

And you will see the textbox on your sheet.
