Warning Accessing Document Log failed

Hi

I have a tasks which runs every hour for about 1 minute. Every couple of runs I get a warning that "Accessing Document Log" failed, because it is being used by another process.

I'm pretty sure that nobody is keeping the log file open. Does anyone have a clue what could be the reason?
