Watch a trigger file and start the load

Hi

How can I reload the dashboard as soon as trigger text file is available on windows NAS ? We have requirement where we don't want to schedule a Qlikview load instead want to watch for txt file and if it is received automatically start the load and once load is completed then delete the file.

Is this exact requirement achievable?

In the  QlikView November 2018= there is a new trigger functionality that does exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
