Water Blowing effect on image

Hi,

In one of the QVW of Qliktech i have noticed that one image is having water blowing affect.

When i copied the same image on other sheet that effect is missing.

Can anybody help me out which property i need to set to get the same effect?

Thanks in advance.

You do need an animated GIF immage. Probably you get a static image after copying it from Qliktech template

The image looses it's effect if u copy the image only. Instead you can copy the label object from qlikview & paste it on ur qlikview file. So it wont loose it's effect.

Thanks Artjoms for the reply.

Can you explain more what do you mean by animated GIF image?

Is there no way in qlikview for giving animated effect to a image?

Thanks

a GIF image is like an animated movie - several images are changing one after another creating movement effect. This file format can include all those several images and changing sequence.

Unfortinately in QV it is not possible to add animation effects to immage. For these purposes are special software for creating GIF. Also you can search web for free animated gif libraries. May be you can find there what you need.

mansi, from QV file you are copying a static image, not a GIF image with all frames in it. That's why animations are gone after pasting. When you get capture of animated GIF picture the Clipboard saves the default frame of GIF file. To save GIF with animations you need a source file (like Save As... in browser)
