Waterfall chart with colored value bubbles

Folks - I'm trying to create the below chart in Qlikview.

I've been able to create the waterfall  part of the chart, but the following escape me:

1. How to connect up the bars in the bar chart with that little dashed line?
2. How to create the bubbles with the values as on top row? The idea is that if a value < 0 then make the bubble red; else green, and if unavailable then mark it grey.
3. How to change the font size of the numbers appearing in the waterfall and in the bubbles?
