Waterfall chart with total bar

Hello,

I am trying to make a simple waterfall diagram with an initial Total bar. The waterfall components are over several "years" is working fine, using for the offset the formula:

Sum(Total Sales) - Above(sum(Sales), RowNo()-1) - RangeSum(Above(sum(Sales), 0, RowNo()-1))

Unfortunately, I don't know how to add an initial bar with the total sum of all the years:

Sum(Total Sales)

Can anybody give me an advice on how to implement this?
