Web Performance of a Bar Chart

Hi everyone,

I have a bar chart which displays the total sales lines for each day.

If I select two or more months in my selection criteria, a horizontal scroll bar is created to move through each day in the chart.

When I run it on QlikView itself, the performance is fine.

However, when I fire up the app from the Access Point, the performance is compromised - it's very 'laggy' and flashes each time I click an arrow on the scroll bar.

Is there something I can do on the server or QMC to rectify this performance issue?

Cheers.

Hi,

Check the configuration of the server, is it happening with all the Dashboard?  Only with this one?  If it is happening for all the dashboards then you have to check the server configuration.

Jagan.

I checked a couple of other dashboards and it does the same thing ... what do I need to check in particular on the server config? Thanks.

We have 24 GB RAM ... I would've thought this would be more than enough.
