I am using WebTicket to authenticate users from web portal before displaying QlikView Dashboards to the user. Previously both QlikView and Web Server was hosted on the same server instance and it was working fine.
After separating them into two server - application and web server, there was an issue in using WebTicket.
1. When using the named user window authentication, the server can respond only when the ip address is set to localhost or private IP address. Once the IP address is set to public IP address, it displays an error message.
2. When using the whitelist IP address, it works perfectly. However, we noticed that it is using Session CALs instead of User CALs. Is it possible to use the User CALs to authenticate and still use whitelist IP?
