Web version - can't clear selection or select multiple

I can't clear one of my dimensions but the other ones work fine. I also can't ctrl click to select multiple selections for that same dimension. All of this works as designed within my personal version but not in the access point version. Also, this isn't happening for other users that have the same security as me. Tried Chrome and IE. IE plugin works but I can't ask all users to download the plugin and there are too many users to accurately say who's is working and whose isn't. I can select multiple in other dimensions and this was working a week ago. No data has changed, no updates to the computer, server, or program have changed. I'm lost.

It sounds like on the Access Point version, "Always One Selected" is set on for that listbox. Is that possible?

In my desktop version, it is not selected and there is no option shown in the web version.

To see the properties of the web version, you will need to either:

1. Open the qvw from the file system. 

2. Make a copy of the listbox in the browser so you can see the properties of the copy.

That is not it. Plus the problem only happens on my computer, not any one else's... no matter if they are a user or admin in section access.

I missed that it was working for other users.  Have you tried clearing your browser cache? (I know this is like unplugging the computer but it sometimes works). 

If clearing your cache doesn't work, I suggest checking the Chrome Devtools console (F12) for error messages.

I've taken off all of the triggers, removed the inline box and replaced it with just the field needed in the box. This is now happening to a couple of users and we can't recreate the problem to see why it's happening. The problem magically went away for a couple of weeks and now it's back... data didn't change and the file didn't change. Short of deleting all known files in existence away and starting a several month project over again, I am lost of what to do. The clear all and select all works in my desktop version and the problem doesn't happen in our test server, but only in our production version online.
