How to solve this kind of problem?

When published in the web application does not display graphs values

However, on local developer there´s no problem.

Try to remove the last bookmark state for that user.

try using IE plugin client

To do this, select View Details under the thumbnail of the document in Access Point, then Remove Last Document State from the pop-up bubble that appears.

The look is slightly different if you are in list view rather than thumbnail view, but you can still get to the remove state button.
