WebView in QV 11 not displayed

Hi,

I am using QlikView 11 Personal Edition. Unfortunately I can not switch to the Webview in order to be able to use Extensions.

Qlikview simply doesn't display anything at all after switching to Webview.

Anyone has an idea why this could be happening?

Any further informations needed about my operating system?

If error appears when you open document in WebView mode by double clicking on file in File Manager try to close QlikView Desktop,  then open QlikView Desktop and use it File open dialog or Recently opened files list to open document.
