Weekends in separate color in Gantt Chart

Hi all,

I have a gantt chart with different colors based on the type. But i need to show the weekends (i.e saturday and sunday) as black color for all employees in all months.

Also, my x- axis is in month wise but i need as date wise. Any body help in this!!!

Hi Yoganantha,

Firstly I want to say that your qvw is really cool, I learnt a lot from your qvw. And I changed a little in your expression.

Hope below result is what you want.

And about the date wise, I think actually your dimension is "Date", so it's date wise.

But maybe because the chart is not long enough, so qlikview will show part of date automatically.

You can see my sample, I change the width to 3000+, it shows 5 days step.

Hi Yoganantha,

Did you get your solution to work? I've a similar requirement for a gantt chart but struggling to make it work. Your attached qvf doesn't have the visuals, only the script. Would you be able to share?
