Ajax VS Plugin Vs Client Desktop

Re: Access Point Vs. QV Desktop

desktop

- is an exe installed on your pc

- used to develop documents (= etl script, ui interface)

- you need a pc to use it

- you can connect to a qlik server and open documents

- for developer

ajax

- run in a browser (pc, tablet, etc, .....)

- connect to a server

- no install

- you can't create documents, if allowed you can add objects (charts, etc...) to documents

- for users
