A quick answer would be "80% of your sales, is made by the 20% of your employees"

Hello,

Example:

80% of income is generated by a few customers. Let's say 5.

These are the most important customers; rest is less important. In order to indicate that there is 80/20.

As someone mentioned before, the Pareto Principle (80/20 rule) says that 80% of something is represented by the 20%. This means that 80% of your revenue comes from the 20% of your clients. If you have $1'000,000 revenue from 50 clients, it means that $800,000 comes from 10 huge clients and the resting $200,000 comes from 40 smaller clients.

However it is not supposed to be exact. This means that you might be able to have 82%, 85%, 99% of revenue from 20% of your customers and the rule would still apply.

It could also go like:

Deliver a 80% solution fast instead of allowing the missing 20% to sabotage your timeline.
