What is QvsAdminDataProvider.dll? Why is it included in databases in version 10?

Hi

Can some one explain what is the purpose and use of the dll QvsAdminDataProvider?

And in version 10, in database, along with ODBC and OLE DB, this option is provided

Am using QV 10 Personal Edition and while trying to connect to it I get the connection string

CUSTOM CONNECT TO "Provider=QvsAdminDataProvider.dll;host=localhost;XUserId=QHYPdTC;XPassword=aVbTTQD;";

Next to that some window appears as shown in the following link
