Hey!
I am aware in QlikView that a Loosely Coupled table happens when there is a Circular Reference but can anybody tell me what is a Loosely Coupled table? Why does QlikView assign a table to be loosely coupled?
I am trying to understand it!
Check out this article to begin understanding it

Hi there,
I understood most of that but I do not understand this part:
To avoid ambiguous results, QlikView marks one of the tables as “loosely coupled”, which means that the logical inference cannot propagate through this table. In the document properties you can decide which table to use as the loosely coupled table. You will get different results from the logical inference depending on which you choose.

Does this mean QlikView decides which is the table to use for logical analysis when it is identified as a loosely coupled table? Why do you even need a loosely coupled table?
I wouldn't think you'd ever "need" a loosely coupled table. i think its more something Qlikview does to try to deal with a data model you give it in situations of circular reference
