KPI means (Key Performance Indicator) which is wary from project to project or domain as well. KPI is the metrics that shows the performance of your business rules weather they are good or bad.
Different KPI is are Growth KPI, Growth of the REP, Production growth etc.
Please suggest more, M also confused See my project domain is hospitality management and it has dashboards like sales , marketing , leads , HR dashboards then what are my KPIs?
