What is the D: and F: in Qlikview

Please explain the Above Image on what is 😧 and what is the F: i am Quite Confused as im still a newbie.

Is this in a text box object? Can you share the expression which is giving you the output in the image?

Hi,

This is a Full GUI in Qlikview but when i Select on a Listbox thats when they Show.

I think its a number of Records for the Entire Table and also num of Selections within that table.
