What is the difference between sheets and tabs?

Just a little glossary clarification.

Thank you.

I think the desktop client is using the term 'sheet' for the area that contains all the UI objects (charts, text boxes, buttons etc. )

These sheets are organized in tabs though, so there might be some mix up when referencing these sheets.

'Tab' is used in the desktop client for the script pages in script editor.

As said, I've seen also the UI sheets called tabs or sheet tab, and I think both terms may describe the same, but it should be clear given the usage context.

edit: Forgot to mention that a lot of the dialogs (e.g. chart properties, document properties) use so called tabs, too.
