What just happened?

Hello. I started writing a script in QlikView 11.20 this afternoon. After making some progress, I decided to execute it. I get a dialog: This operation requires the document to have a valid path, to accomplish this you must save the document. Do you want to save the document now?

OK

It opens a Save As dialog. I realize that I need some guidance from the team as to where to save this file. So while I investigate this, I press Escape to dismiss the dialog.

Now I can't find the QlikView I was working on it all.

What gives? Where's all my work?

Thank you. Yes, I'm new to QlikView, but I would call this a bug or bad design -- merely dismissing a Save As dialog shouldn't throw one's work away. It should return the user to the unsaved document. Hopefully they'll fix that. Meantime, I've learned to follow a more explicit path to saving my work.
