Where are the bug descriptions?

I can see QV November 2017 SR1 was released. However in the bug fix part, there are only subjects and bug IDs.

Where are the bug descriptions? Developers and users need to know the details for these fixed bugs, subject only is not enough!

Also why the reply/comment was disabled for QlikView November 2017 Service Release 1 is out ?

Same question here.

We would like to evaluate the fixed bugs. But aside from the short headline and a reference to an (Qlik internal?) JIRA ticket number there is no further information.

Someone please help?

Or is there a way to look up this information(haven't found it so far)?
