Where are the data files for Qlikview sample apps installed with version 11

Where are the data files for Qlikview sample apps installed with version 11 Personal Edition?

For example, the Presidents.qvw references a file during load, where, how can I get this file:

[..\Database\Translation Dictionary.xls]

(biff, embedded labels, table is Presidents$);

The data files are not provided with Qlikview 11. Also if you see the script area, they are hiddem.

API guide also does not come with qlikview 11.

If you wish to have data files and API guide then you have to install Qlikview 10.

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Examples\Documents

They are not installed as part of the full install of Personal Edition 11 in that location or anyt location in that vicinity.

Ok, so how do you get personal edition version 10 or 9 for that matter that does not have these limitations.

Wanted to look at an example I remember from v9.  Now at home and using personal edition 11, can't find.  Hmm....

I am using the personal edition, can not read that .qvw. 

Also, I was looking for the data for the apps, not just the apps.  I wanted to play with some of the data in the Presidents.qvw and another, but could not.
