Where to download the extension objects?

I would like to ask where I can download the extension objects for the Personal Edition version 11?

Hi Emma,

Do you mean if the extensions in Version 11 work with QlikView Developer Version 10?  Because if that's what you mean, then I do not know (I haven't tested that scenario.)

Or do you mean if the extensions in Version 10 work with QlikView Developer Version 11?  In that case, yes, but you'll probably want to update the code for the properties window to match the new look and feel of Version 11 (and there's a post on converting extensions at http://community.qlik.com/message/168403).

If you're trying the former, you may be able to modify the properties and definition code to get them to work with QlikView Developer 10 !

Many thanks, it was V11 object working with V10 that I was interested in as we're not quite there yet with upgrading.  Looks like I may have to start learning the code bit of extension objects! 🙂

I've got a quick query on your extension object, can it be used in offline mode?  Where someone can't get access to the outside internet?  Just wondering if this was something that the ESRI integration might offer ..

The rendering of the maps is done on a dedicated server that must be reachable to make the extension works as expected, so you cannot be totally offline (except if you install the server on your own box). However there is no need to have access to the outside internet, the server can be installed on an intranet.

So can I just check, the software and map rendering could be installed on a dedicated customer server that they install in their internet?
