Where to insert the Master Calendar?

Hi,

I have the following problem. I have three tables with 3 dates (see image 1).

I want to create a report with shows in one table the following points:

• How many new customers I get per month?
• How customers ordered per month?
• How many customers paid per month?

For that my plan is to change the data model to this:

But this designs is not perfect. The user has still to select 2 Shops_ID to change the table. Any suggestion for a better solution?
