Hi I agree with Prakash, Pivot Table object will be best suited for these kinds of traditional reports. For your sample report you could follow the below steps Step 1: Create a pivot table object with dimension order type and Month Year Step 2 : Cretae concatenated dimension Month & '-' & Year as MonthYear . Step 3: Drag this MonthYear dimension to top row of the pivot table Step 4: Go to Presentation tab and use radiobutton partial sum for the dimension on which you want sub total and grand total .In your case it will be Order Type and MonthYear. Step 5: Use the report formatting options in Layout and style and complete your pivot report. Hope this procedure helps you to build your desired pivot report. Regards Raj.
