Who to enter Security Token into Salesforce Plugin

How do I enter in the security token into the Salesforce plugin to connect to SF?

I tried

Username: [my SF email]

Password: [my SF password]         No Token

                [my SF password] [Security Token]     Space between Email and Token

                [my SF password][Security Token]      No space between Email and Token

                [my SF password]([Security Token])     () for token

None of these methods worked.

No Space between password and token

[password][token]

I realized that my password in SalesForce was tied to the security token so when I changed my password in SalesForce, I had to get a new token.  The no space between poassword and token worked.
