I have just timed an excel export of a large pivot table that is around 90K lines and 47 columns from 64 bit V9 and v8.5. Both produce an identical excel file but v9 takes 33 mins to do it and v8.5 does it in 17mins. Both exports took place on the same server with the same document. Anyone got any ideas why the difference and how do I raise this with support?
