Why does the Scripting come Horizontally when I import a table?

Do you refer to the headers?

This is done by default. In your table you may change it then by Properties -> Presentation -> Vertical Column Labels

If you don't want that to happen, in the last tab of the import filter set Max Line Length to 1. All imported fields will now be listed vertically.

You can also set you the Max Line Length through Settings > User Preferences > Design tab

IMHO that's not the Max Line Length but the number of rows the preview window will show as a sample when loading a new table file. BTW the minimum value for "File Wizard Sample Size" is 10 rows.
