Why doesn't Qlikview remember where I moved the toolbars?

As trivial as it may seem with Qlikview 9 SR3 (and above I think) it seems like every time I start up Qlikview the toolbars below the menu options move around from this:

to this

Is it a configuration problem, caused by switching between different editions of Qlikview: 8.5 -> 9SR2 -> 9SR3

or does anybody know of some options that I don't know?

It works fine in Qlikview SR5......

it might do, actually I installed it from scratch at home and I'm pretty sure it does behave as I said above...

P.S.: I'll try upgrading, I'd prefer not to because my current setup works fine otherwise.
