Why isn't COUNT DISTINCT working properly?

So I have a problem. With every other text box where I put =COUNT({<[Pr Yr] = {2017}, DOINVSTATUSID = {20}, LOADPRIORITYSTATUSID = {30}>} DISTINCT ITMSNumber) it works fine, but there are two text objects where the count distinct function is returning 4 of the same ITMSNumber's. It should only be returning 1 with the same ITMSNumber.

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Have you tried deleting the text boxes and replacing them with new ones?

Are you sure they are the same? Even the casing matches? Can you may be share a screenshot of them?

I just deleted the text box and created a new one. It solved the problem I was having but it's still showing more data when exported to XL than what it says in the box. I'll have to create a new thread. Thank you!

Would you be able to share a sample?

A sample of what? The data or the Dashboard? I can't share the dashboard because it's proprietary and confidential.

Are you sure you are talking about text boxes with a simple expression?

At least it doesn't look like text boxes when looking at your second post.
