Why isn't pie chart showing right data?

I'm trying to separate data from US based employees and International. For US based employees, they are listed as "US" and all else I want to show as "International" this is whats in my expressions: 

=if(SOURCE='HR data' and Emp Company = 'United States', 'US', 'International')

this expression used to work, but when i reloaded this happened.

Can you share a sample app to look into or post snapshots of the issue that is not right ?

I think you would want that in as a calculated dimension.

You can create a new field in the load statement and use the new field in Dimension.

As suggested by Wallo, you can use Calculated dimension.
